Return & Refund Policy
Our policy on returns, refunds, and warranty claims for repair services and products.
Service Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our repair service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device. We will review the issue and, if the problem is on our end, we will redo the repair at no extra cost or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion. Refunds for services are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the issue.
Product Returns
For physical products purchased from us (such as chargers, batteries, cables, or other accessories), you may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. A restocking fee may apply for opened items.
Warranty Claims
All repairs and replaced parts come with a warranty as specified on your invoice. If you experience the same issue within the warranty period, please bring your device and invoice to our center. We will diagnose the issue and repair it free of charge if it is covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase or service completion for items with manufacturing defects. The item must be returned in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Processing Time
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash or via bank transfer. Please note that payment gateway charges may be deducted from refund amounts for online transactions.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or special-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Services that have been fully rendered and delivered without defect
- Diagnosis fees (if work was declined after diagnosis was performed)
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
