Service Agreement

By availing any repair service from SKB Computer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Warranty Terms

SKB Computer provides a warranty on all repair services and replaced parts. The warranty period varies by service type and will be clearly mentioned on your invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by any unauthorized third party.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Liability

SKB Computer's liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or device damage caused by pre-existing issues not disclosed at the time of diagnosis.

Pricing

All repair estimates are indicative and based on preliminary diagnosis. Final pricing may vary depending on actual parts required and labor involved. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the initial estimate by more than 20%.

Repair Authorization

By handing over your device to SKB Computer, you authorize our technicians to perform the necessary diagnosis and repair work. You confirm that you have backed up all important data before submitting your device for repair. SKB Computer is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process, although we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

Pickup & Drop Terms

Pickup and drop services are available within Delhi NCR. Additional charges may apply based on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. SKB Computer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The device must be received by a authorized person at the time of delivery.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
