Service Area
SKB Computer currently offers pickup and drop services within Delhi NCR, including New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and nearby areas. If you are located outside Delhi NCR, we recommend visiting one of our service centers at Nehru Place or Nangloi.
Pickup Service
We offer doorstep pickup for customers within our service area. To schedule a pickup, call us at 7011396007 or send us a message. Our team will coordinate a convenient time slot. Please ensure your device is properly packed and backed up before our representative arrives. A pickup charge may apply depending on your location.
Drop Service
Once your repair is complete, we offer doorstep delivery of your device. Our team will contact you to confirm the delivery address and time slot. The device will be securely packed and handed over to you or an authorized representative. Proof of identity may be required at the time of delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on the nature of the repair, parts availability, and your location. Most standard repairs are completed within 24-48 hours. Chip-level motherboard repairs may take 2-5 working days. We will keep you updated on the estimated delivery date throughout the repair process.
Shipping Charges
Pickup and drop charges vary based on your location within Delhi NCR. Charges will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling. In some cases, free pickup and drop may be offered depending on the nature and value of the repair service. Please confirm charges before scheduling.
Packaging
Our representatives will handle your device with care. When scheduling a pickup, we recommend packing your laptop or computer in a sturdy bag or box with adequate cushioning. Our team can also assist with packaging if needed. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, SKB Computer does not offer international shipping for repairs. Our services are limited to our physical centers in Delhi and pickup/drop within Delhi NCR. If you are an international customer, we recommend visiting our center or contacting us for alternative solutions.
